"I've been with State Farm for many years and thankfully haven't needed to use my coverage for much, but the few times I have, the service has been great. I really appreciate the staff at this office specifically - they are personable, knowledgeable, and quick to help with whatever is needed. And having shopped around recently when my husband I got married and wanted to put our cars on the same policy, I know their rates are competitive, which is why we chose to stay with them. My only complaint is that State Farm discontinued their renters coverage in CA, but so have most of the bigger companies. And that's not the fault of the agents. Also, they did offer me a few suggestions to look into because of that. All in all, very happy."
